Sir John Campbell of Lawers1
Sir John Campbell of Lawers was the son of Archibald Campbell of Lawers, younger and Agnes Ross.2,3 He married Beatrix Campbell, daughter of Sir Colin Campbell of Glenorchy and Margaret Stewart.1 He died in 1611.2
He was invested as a Knight in 1590.2 In 1594 he acquired Aberuchill and other lands from the Morays of Abercairny, making them over to his second son the following year.2
