William Blackwell parson, Rector of Ash, Kent in father's 1503. Named as executor to his brother Robert's 1515 will, where is of Stevenage, Herts. Thus the 1514 will of a William Blackwell of Watford(Herts) husbandman (158 Walingford. Arch.St. Albans.) is not his will.
