Thomas Cole, immigrant ancestor, came to New England in the ship “Mary and John,” March 26, 1633/34. He settled in Salem, Massachusetts, where he was a proprietor in 1649. He was also an original proprietor of Hampton and was mentioned as there in 1638.
His will was dated December 15, 1678, proved April 27, 1679.
