John Parker (1759-1825) migrated to Sumner Co. TN with his brother Thomas Parker (1760-1810).

MYTH's BUSTED:
Myth #01 - Thomas Parker before 1753-1811 belongs to Parker yDNA Family Group #15. He's therefore not related to the Nathaniel Parker who died in early Sumner Co. TN. who belongs to Parker yDNA Family Group #18, NOR is he related to the Nathaniel Parker who may have married Ann Clayton, nor a brother of the Elder John Parker, Elder Daniel Parker or Susan (Parker ) Daughettee as they belong to Parker yDNA Family Group #05.
