- THE WHEELER GENEALOGY.THE WHEELER FAMILY OF CRANFIELD, BEDFORDSHIRE SETTLERS OF COLONIAL NEW ENGLAND Volume 3 The Descendants of Thomas Wheeler of Town End, Cranfield, Bedfordshire. Compiled By Raymond David Wheeler Research Edition. KINSYSTEMS Dolgeville, New York. < PDF > “… Fortunately, the entry for one of those children identified this third Thomas Wheeler as Thomas Wheeler, "of the Town End" at the baptism of his son Richard on 13 June 1614. Each of the other four children fit into a logical sequence to form a family unit distinct from that of Thomas Wheeler of Bourne End and his son Thomas Wheeler of Wharley End. It is the family of Thomas Wheeler of the Town End [also of Austen Allen Close], that we cover in this volume.”
