His first wife was Ellen, daughter of Philip and sister of the younger Philip de Egerton, and finally the heiress of David de Egerton, lord of Egerton and joint baron of Malpas. His second wife was Margaret, daughter of Henry Done of Utkinton. Margaret was the widow of John Davenport of Henbury, living 5 Henry V.
