2. ALEXANDER (-before 1241). Georgius Akropolites names "Ioannem et Alexandrum" as the two sons of "primus Bulgarorum rex Asanus"[277]. The Chronicle of Alberic de Trois-Fontaines names "Alsanus rex Bulgarie frater Alexandri" specifying that both were "nepotes…Burilli"[278]. Sébastokrator.
