My gr. grandmother was Phylinda Bristol, one of a pair of twins, whose parents and birthplace are as yet unknown. Phylinda married in 1834 at Castile, Genesee Co., NY, Gr. Granddad, Edmund Waite Gaston, b 1809 in Castile, NY. I've been frantically searching for Phylinda's place in the Bristol-family, and am amazed that none of the many Bristol researchers has ever heard of Phylinda and her twin, Lucinda.
