Martha's death at Cookstown

Just an observation... Martha died at Cookstown Ireland 1746 . Her husband, William sr. Died at Kent Delaware 1787...it would appear that William sr. Took the family to Ireland sometime prior to 1746, and after Martha's death, moved on to Delaware...taking the family??

Also...if Spouse , Martha died in Ireland in 1746, why would she be listed on William's will dated 1765?
