About Lady Agnes ‘Anne’ Browne
Not the same as Agnes Saunders
Agnes Hussey, daughter of John Hussey and Anne Grey, was born about 1528, probably at Sleaford, Lincolnshire. She was married about 1547 to Humphrey Browne, knight, son of Thomas Browne and Mary Charleton Browne of Langhouse, Essex, according to "Visitation of Kent."
Biography
Anne or Agnes Hussey was a daughter of John Hussey (1464-1536) and his second wife, Anne Grey. John Hussey, chief butler of England, was implicated as complicit in the Pilgrimage of Grace uprising in 1536, found guilty of treason, and beheaded in Lincoln on 29 June 1537. The charges may have been levied in part because of Hussey's Catholic sympathies, and because Hussey and his wife, having served 'Princess' Mary, were partisans on her behalf. Anne Grey has married Sir John Hussey, Baron Sleaford, son of Sir William Hussey, Chief Justice of the King's Bench and Elizabeth Berkeley, after 18 May 1509. She was the daughter of George Grey, 2nd Earl of Kent – by his second wife, Catherine Herbert. Lady Anne's paternal grandmother was Lady Katherine Percy, the great-great-granddaughter of King Edward III of England, and died between 1 March 1545 and 11 February 1546. When Anne nee Grey Hussey, the second wife of John Hussey wrote her will in 1543, she refers to her two daughters & of the 4 younger daughters of John Hussey, “two are still living.”
After his execution, Hussey's home in Sleaford, as well as his other estates were confiscated by the crown. His children were restored to Parliament in 1563 during the reign of Queen Elizabeth, but Hussey's title was forfeited, and the estates were not returned.
Anne or Agnes married (secondly) to Sir Humphrey Browne, Justice of the Common Pleas, as his third wife of Sir Humphrey Browne. She and two of her brothers, Thomas and Gilbert, were named in his 1562 will.
Descendants of the anti-Church of England Lord Hussey, whose barony and estates were forfeited, were left in far less secure positions, both regarding their financial and social status; by 1633, the descendants of Lord Hussey's son, Sir Giles Hussey, had left England to freely practice their non-conformist religion in New England.

[Humphrey Browne] married thirdly, about 1547, Agnes Hussey (born c.1515), widow of Henry Ryther (1511 – 5 January 1544), esquire, of Harewood Castle, son of Sir Ralph Ryther (d. 2 April 1520) by his second wife, Maud Percy, the daughter of Henry Percy, Earl of Northumberland. For the argument that Maud Percy was the daughter of Henry Percy (c.1449–1489), 4th Earl of Northumberland, by Maud Herbert, see:

The testator’s third wife, Agnes Hussey, was one of the daughters of John Hussey (executed 29 June 1537), 1st Baron Hussey of Sleaford, by Anne Grey, the daughter of George Grey (d. 21 December 1503), 2nd Earl of Kent, and his second wife, Katherine Herbert, third daughter of William Herbert (c.1423-1469), 1st Earl of Pembroke, by Anne Devereux, the daughter of Sir Walter Devereux (1411-1459). There were no issue of Agnes Hussey’s first marriage to Henry Ryther, who made his first cousin, John Ryther, esquire, heir to certain of his properties. For the will, dated 23 January 1543 and proved 18 March 1544, of Henry Ryther, in which he mentions his father, Ralph Ryther, his mother, Maud Percy, and his wife, Agnes Hussey, and bequeaths his lands to ‘John Ryther of London, squire, and cofferer to our Sovereign Lord Prince Edward’, see Testamenta Eboracensia, Vol. VI, (London: Whittaker & Co., 1902), Surtees Society, Vol. CVI, pp. 170-1 at:

Comments
Date of death 4/12/1615 is a guess! Death field said only "12" while burial date said "4/28/1615", so I assume the next most credible date for which "12" could be a mistake, 1612, is too far away.
