About Naoma Harriet Topper
Mrs. Naomi Topper, wife of Mervin Topper, died at her home about a mile from Gettysburg, along the Harrisburg road Tuesday following an illness of seven weeks from typhoid fever and uraemia. Her age was 35 years and 29 days. Mrs. Topper was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Bream of near Hunterstown, and was a lifelong resident of this county. She was married to Mr. Topper about fourteen years ago. She is survived by her parents, her husband and the following brothers and sisters: Harvey Bream of Waynesboro, Emory Bream and Frank Bream of New Chester, Foster Bream of near Hunterstown, Mrs. George Cleveland, Mrs. Howard Eckert, Mrs. S. A. Cassat, and Mrs. John Eckert, all of near Gettysburg, and Archie Bream, at home. The funeral was held Friday, services conducted by Rev. J. B. Baker, pastor of St. James' Church, of which she was a member, interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
