Will of William Lee Sr. to son Michael 60 acres being part of tract of 240 on the Tyger River, conveyedto Wm. Lee by Samuel Canon, for use in his natural life then to go to son Thomas Lee. to son John Lee 60 acres of same, during natural life, then to be divided among other boys,to son Joseph 60 acres of same, provided he builds on, settles, clears and cultivates said land. to son Thomas remainder of tract. To sons Thomas, Joseph and John, 245 acres of a tract of another 250 acre grant. Thomas to have dwelling and improvements, remainder between Joseph and John. To sons Michael and William and to daughters Catherine Breed, Jean Howel, Oliviah Frazer, Sarah Bates and Nancy Jackson, one guinea each.
